Asturias liqueur is made using traditional artisan techniques from the distillate of the apple pulp that is generated after the apples are pressed to obtain the cider. Once the brandy is obtained, it is macerated with honey and sugar. The result is a drink with a sweet flavour and high digestive value. Serve chilled.
