GOCHU DE MONTE HAM

Piece of Gran Reserva ham from Gochu de Monte Asturiano made from animals fed and raised in freedom in the Siero mountain ranges (Asturias).
These animals, a cross between the Asturcelta and Duroc breeds, are born and raised in freedom in a unique territory and with breeding standards that are respectful of the animal, as such that they are classified as “the happy pigs.”
The crossing of these breeds results in better use of meat, as well as better fat infiltration, which produces a very high quality sausage.
The piece of ham weighs approximately 9 kg.
