NON-ALCOHOLIC SWEET CIDER

Alcohol-free sweet cider obtained from pressed Asturias apples. Sweet cider is a traditional Asturias drink also known as “sidra del duernu,” the first must from the freshly-pressed apple.
It is a refreshing drink with a very pleasant flavour. Although originally, it was only served a few weeks per year, because fermentation begins a few days after the “mallado” or pressing of the apple and the apple juice begins to turn into cider. In this case, the technique enables natural preservation of this drink without losing any of its qualities.
Tierra Astur sweet cider is presented in a 75 cl glass bottle sealed with a metal plate.
