The PDO Cabrales three-milk cheese is an Asturias blue cheese made from raw cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk from the geographical area of Asturias that is within the area covered by the Cabrales PDO regulatory municipality; the first protected designation of origin constituted in Asturias for a cheese.
A high quality artisan cheese with an intense flavour that will delight those who love blue cheese.

TASTING NOTES.

The Cabrales PDO three-milk cheese is creamy with abundant blue pigmentation, intense flavour and even spicy like a good blue cheese. With a reddish or brown rind, this cheese is also very intense and has a long aroma that helps round off the aftertaste.
