FABADA ASTURIANA I.G.P. TIERRA ASTUR

Fabada is the star dish of Asturias gastronomy, the best known outside of the region. It is made with white beans (faba) and a charcuterie selection (chorizo sausage, black sausage and pancetta bacon). This Tierra Astur bean stew is made following traditional recipes and using premium quality ingredients: Asturias faba PGI and Asturias charcuterie selection (smoked chorizo sausage, smoked black sausage and salted pancetta bacon).
The Tierra Astur Asturias Fabada PGI is presented in a 780 g can, the ideal size for two adult servings. The can is easy to open and in a cubic format approximately 10 cm on each side.
