This pack contains the perfect quantity of Asturias Faba PGI beans to prepare 2/3 portions of Asturias fabada bean stew and the best charcuterie cuts made with Gochu de Monte Asturiano organic meat. The product is made from the meat from animals born in freedom on an expansive pig farm with more than 50 hectares. The animals feed on roots and foods found in nature as well as organic grains and cereals. This feed, and the fact that the animals graze in the mountains for more than a year, result in sausages with excellent fat infiltration and with the Gochu de Monte quality that comes from acorn-fed Iberian pork.
