GUILFA MONASTERIO DE CORIAS P.D.O. CANGAS CRIANZA RED WINE

Verdejo Tinto and Carrasquín variety crianza red wine from vineyards registered in the official Cangas PDO Wine registry and aged for eight months in French oak barrels.
Monasterio de Corias wine production is varied and ranges from red to white, single variety or a blend of different local grapes. The winery has even recovered one of the oldest vineyards in the area, dating from the late 19th century.
The production of Cangas PDO Wine is also recognised as heroic viticulture due to the harsh growing conditions in an area with slopes greater than 30% where it is absolutely impossible to use machinery for harvesting tasks.
