POMACE BRANDY

Traditional Asturias brandy resulting from distilling the grape pomace (solid matter formed by the skin, pulp, seeds and fruit stems) that remains after pressing the grapes to extract the wine. A traditional brandy best served cold or in the traditional “drops” or “splashes” that are poured into coffee.
Alcohol content 38% Vol.
Tierra Astur pomace brandy is presented in a 20 or 70 cl bottle format.
