Pack made up of authentic Asturias Faba PGI beans, the legume indicated to cook the true Asturias fabada and hotpot; and Asturias charcuterie selection with chorizo sausage, black sausage, pancetta bacon and shoulder ham.
This pack contains everything you need to cook the star dish of Asturias gastronomy; the fabada. A white bean stew from the region accompanied by chorizo sausage, black sausage, smoked pancetta bacon and shoulder ham and with the Alimentos del Paraíso Asturias and Compango Asturiano quality seals. In addition to the product quality, these seals guarantee that traditional Asturias techniques are used in production.
This fabada board is presented in three different formats, designed for three, four or six servings. Each product is vacuum packed and presented on a wooden board that provides rigidity and aesthetics to the product.
