Asturian black sausage is the optimum ingredient for use in traditional stews of Asturias cuisine. It is a traditional sausage made from the fattiest areas of the pig complete with bacon and other ingredients.
The Tierra Astur Asturian black sausage is presented in two formats: a package with four units weighing approximately 400 g, and a ring weighing approximately 5 kg.
