Asturias chorizo sausage is a versatile sausage designed to be eaten cooked. It can cooked in a stew, fried or added to almost any recipe.
The Tierra Astur Asturias chorizo sausage is made in the Principality and is presented in two formats: a package with four units weighing approximately 400 g and a ring weighing approximately 5 kg.
