Excellent ham cured naturally and made especially for Crivencar, from carefully selected hams. Once salted, the hams are cured for more than six months in the cellar. The piece is deboned so that all of it can be used.
Ideal to enjoy sliced and cut with a charcuterie slicing machine.
Tierra del Artesano boneless ham is vacuum packed in approximately 6 kg pieces.
