CABRALES CREAM

Blue cream cheese made from Cabrales PDO cheese from the Vega de Ario cheese factory. It is a sauce with character, with an intense flavour that is ideal to accompany any type of meat or to serve directly on bread.
This cream is made from Cabrales PDO Cheese, the most famous variety of Asturias cheeses; a blue variety made from raw cow’s milk and cured in natural caves for about 2-3 months.

TASTING NOTES.

Visual: Smooth and very creamy body.
Olfactory: Strong and penetrating aroma.
Gustatory: With an intense aftertaste, it is a strong, acidic and slightly salty cheese.
