EL ASTUR ORGANIC COW’S MILK CHEESE

Cheese made using artisan techniques with pasteurised milk from cows raised and fed in an organic environment in the municipality of Nava. A semi-cured, fatty cheese with a polished rind, with very pleasant aromas and distinctive buttery flavours. Endorsed by COPAE (Asturias Principality Organic Agricultural Production Council).

TASTING NOTES.

VISUAL: Polished rind. Clean, smooth and yellowish cut.

OLFACTORY: Very clean aromas of cow’s milk and green pastures. Smooth on the nose.
GUSTATORY: Distinctive buttery flavours. Pleasant aftertastes. Very clean on the palate.
