PERALZOLA PURE BLUE SHEEP’S MILK CHEESE

This cheese is made with the best selected sheep’s milk, making it the only cheese of its kind in Asturias to date. It has a very personal character, different from the unmistakable stamp of La Peral. Its ivory white colour with blue veins, together with its curing, make this cheese rich in flavours and aromas that results in a balanced cheese of excellent quality.

TASTING NOTES.

VISUAL: Ivory-white cheese with frequent streaks of blue-green tones as a result of the penicillium fungus.
OLFACTORY: Peralzola cheese is a variety rich in ovine aromas.
GUSTATORY: It has an intense flavour, with abundant aftertastes and persistent on the palate. Creamy and with a pleasant texture.
