SWEET CIDER LIQUEUR

This traditional Asturias liqueur is obtained from sweet cider, the first must from the pressing of the apple needed to produce Asturias cider, which is not left to ferment. Brandy is added to this sweet, non-alcoholic drink to proceed to its stabilisation and subsequent filtering processes using traditional artisan techniques so that the final result is as close to the original production process. An alcoholic drink is thus obtained with an unmistakable apple aroma, and a mild flavour that makes it ideal to serve cold, either on its own or in combination.
Tierra Astur sweet cider liqueur is presented in a 20 or 70 cl bottle format.
