TIERRA ASTUR SMOKED CHEESE

Naturally smoked, semi-cured cheese with noble woods, made in western Asturias, more specifically in the town of Tineo. Tierra Astur smoked cow’s milk cheese is made exclusively for Crivencar under its brand of gourmet products. It has a brown rind and clean cut with occasional eyes giving off an intense odour and a persistent smoke aroma that complements the other aromas of the cheese.

TASTING NOTES.

VISUAL: Brown rind and clean cut with occasional eyes. Yellowish texture.
OLFACTORY: Intense and persistent aromas of noble wood smoke and direct smoking.
GUSTATORY: Very smooth elastic cheese with obvious smoky aftertastes. Light on the palate.
