VIDIAGO SHEEP’S MILK CHEESE

Tierra Astur Vidiago sheep’s milk cheese is a mature cheese with a compact cut, clean, with few eyes. Its inside colour is reminiscent of ivory, which tends to be toasted towards its thin rind. It is aromatically clean with lactic nuances and hints of natural pastures. It has a medium intensity on the mouth as is expected of a good sheep’s milk cheese made in Asturias and marketed by Crivencar.
