ORGANIC APPLE CIDER JELLY

Exclusive jelly made for Tierra Astur with 100% organically produced Asturias cider apples. To make it, 74 g of fruit is used for every 100 g of cider jelly, which makes it a healthy product with a great apple flavour.
Once the apples are selected and prepared for transformation, they are made into natural apple juice with no added sugar or preservatives from the first pressing of the apples that is used to make Tierra Astur apple jelly, an Asturias artisan product, different and innovative, that refers, once again, to apples as a key raw ingredient to offer a high-quality, home-made sweet jelly.
In addition to the organically produced apple juice that is used as the main ingredient, the production is completed with cane sugar and gelatine, the latter ingredient key to texturing without diminishing the flavour or quality of the final result of the Tierra Astur apple jelly.
Visually, this product has a classic toasted apple colour with a turbidity that announces the great quality and character it presents on the nose with caramelised and fresh notes of freshly harvested apple and on the palate, where a subtle balance is recognised between the acidity of Asturias apples used to make cider and the sweetness expected in an Asturias artisan jelly.
